| ORGANIZATION OF ORISSA STATE LIBRARY |

From the organization point of view, the Library is divided into three
Divisions, namely Administrative Services Division(ASD), Technical
Services Division(TSD),and Reader's Services Division(RSD)

| ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DIVISION |
|
| ASD deals with the matters in connection with Administrative, Accounts, Finance, establishment, Garden, Canteen, Stores, Vehicle, Telephone, Cycle Stand, etc |
|
|
|
| TECHNICAL SERVICES DIVISION |
|
| TSD deals with all technical activities such as Book Selection, Acquisition and Technical Processing i.e. classification, cataloguing etc. Apart from this, books received as gratis under Press and Registration of Books Act, 1867, from Raja Rammohan Roy Library Foundation and other sources are processed in this division. |
